Urvashi Printers operates state-of-the-art facilities for Pre-Press, Press and Post-Press operations under one roof. We maintain automated, globally-standard setups spanning Designing, Proofing, CTP, Printing, Coating, Lamination and Die Cut, through to Post-Printing Finishing.
A good design has immediate visual appeal. Our pre-press and plate production is organised through Prinergy Evo, a PDF-based workflow, while a state-of-the-art CTP (Computer-to-Plate) system adds value to the overall production.
Our press floor is more than capable of turning ideas into pictures. Sheet-fed Heidelberg presses handle mono and multi-colour commercial and book work, while our coldset web press drives the high volumes behind a 50,000 books-per-day capacity.
Our post-press department specialises in carton making and book binding — soft bound, section sewing and hard bound — supported by a full line of folding, cutting, trimming, lamination and coating machinery.
